Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund.
If you receive an order that is not up to our usual high standards, please contact us within 24 hours and we will provide a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
If you have any other concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping returns
